All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, except in cases of proven inauthenticity (see Authenticity Guarantee below).

Exemption from EU Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection laws, customers generally have the right to return items purchased online within 14 days of receipt. However, this right does not apply to:

• Goods that are customized, personalized, or sourced specifically for a client (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
• Pre-owned and vintage luxury items sold under the resale exemption (Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

As many of our items are specifically sourced per client request or are unique, pre-owned luxury goods, they are exempt from the standard return policy under EU law. By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and accepts that the right of withdrawal does not apply to their order.

We stand by the authenticity of every item we sell. If an item is proven inauthentic by the brand itself or by a trusted third-party authenticator that we recognize, with verifiable proof, we offer a 100% authenticity guarantee or a full refund.
